Refund Policy
If you’re looking to make a return, breathe easy. We have tried our best to make our return process absolutely hassle free and smooth for you. As long as all items are returned from the last delivered location, unworn and unwashed, with all original packaging and tags attached, you can book a return within 14 days from the delivery date. After booking the return, keep your return items packed and ready for collection with the return label and invoice attached to the package, and our last-mile delivery company will contact you and send a courier person to your pickup address for collection.
You can apply only one return request per order. Return Fee Label Charges are listed below:

After the returned items are received in our warehouse, they will go through a rigorous quality check. Please note that if your item does not pass our quality check, you will be notified via email and the item will be sent back to you at your cost.
We will initiate the refund within 48 hours of receiving the items upon passing the quality check. The refund may take 5 -10 business days to reach you, depending on your bank’s processing times.
What Items can I return?
You can return all items from your order. However, please see the below items for any exception to this rule:
- Items marked as Final Sale, Black Friday, or Birthday Sale are not eligible for a refund or return.
- Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
- Socks can be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging.
- Personalized items can’t be returned.
- All Bottles are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
Please note that returns registered separately cannot be returned in one package, even if they are from the same order. Combining the returns into the same package will slow down the refund process!
To receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us UNWORN/UNUSED and in the same condition as when you received them with their original packaging. If any of the items is returned to us damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we won’t be able to give you a complete refund. We reserve the right to return any item that does not comply with our return policy.
Please retain any proof of return postage receipts, as we may need to view these as part of your return.
I’ve sent a non-Wizard Athleisure item back to you, what do I do?
- Anything accidentally or incorrectly returned our way (that’s not a Wizard Athleisure item) will be the responsibility of the sender, not Wizard Athleisure.
- We’ll always do our very best to help out, but unfortunately, we can’t make any promises!
Do You Offer Exchanges?
- Exchanges are currently available only in the UAE and Lebanon.
- Exchanges must be done within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Exchanges via our Return Hub can be made only for A DIFFERENT SIZE OF THE SAME ITEM, not a completely different item or color.
