Shipping Policy

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.
  • Please check your spam folder if you do not receive the tracking information within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders are processed and shipped 6 days a week (Monday – Saturday), except on public holidays.
  • In the unlikely event that you don’t receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe or your order is damaged when it arrives, please contact us as soon as you are aware and no longer than 7 days from the delivery date stated on your tracking.
  • If you have requested any delivery instructions, like “Keep it outside my door,”  Wizard Athleisure will not be held accountable if the items are stolen. However, we can register the complaint with our courier partner accordingly. 
  • Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be changed or canceled. A customer may choose not to accept the package, however, a return fee will be charged as per our refund & return policy.

Customs & duty:

  • International shipments may incur customs/import duties in accordance with the destination country’s duty and tax laws.
  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs, import duties, and handling charges. We recommend checking the regulations of the destination country.
  • Please note that customs duties and taxes are non-refundable once they have been charged.
